What message is being said by how you stand? Slumping shoulders, a bowed head, hand positions can all give an impression of low self esteem.
Confidence is a trait we all want to express.
Exercise: Stand with your back to the wall. Slightly bend your knees and fit the small of your back to the wall. Practice breathing abdominally. You'll notice a shorter intake of air, but your shoulders will not be moving. Try to mimic this same back posture as you walk away from the wall.
